SDCC2014: i vincitori degli Eisner Awards

Tra i tanti avvenimenti importanti del San Diego Comic Con, il venerdì sera è il momento che tutti attendono con ansia, perché è la Notte degli Eisner Awards, cioè gli Oscar del fumetto.

Anche quest’anno sul podio c’è Saga, la serie Image di Brian K. Vaughan  e Fiona Staples, che porta a casa ben tre premi: Migliore Serie, Miglior scrittore per Vaughan e Miglior Colorista e Artista Multimediale (Interior Art) per la Staples. Anche Hawkeye, la serie Marvel di Fraction e Aja che ha lasciato tutti a bocca aperta, con il suo numero #11, il numero che ha protagonista il cane Pizza Dog, si porta a casa il premio di Miglior Numero. In più Aja vince il premio come Miglior Copertinista, anzi suona male in italiano, lasciamo Miglior Cover Artist, sempre per la serie Hawkeye. Mentre Matt Fraction vince con il suo fumetto Sex Criminals, nella categoria Miglior Nuova Serie
Viene premiato anche The Wake, la serie Vertigo/DC Comics, come Miglior Serie Conclusiva ed a Sean Gordon Murphy viene assegnato il premio Miglior Disegnatore/Inchiostratore.  

Nell’altra categoria definita come “I Premi davvero Importanti“, quindi il Top del Top del mondo Comics, troviamo:”Premio Umanitario” a Joe Field; “Bill Finger Awards” a Bill Mantlo, Jack Mendelsohn, Robert Kanigher e Bob Clampett.
Invece nella “Hall of Fame“, il riconoscimento per eccellenza, come si sapeva già in anticipo, sono stati introdotti Hayao Miyazaki, Alan Moore, Dennis O’Neil e Bernie Wrightson.

Riconoscimento anche per il sito d’informazione Comic Book Resources, ritenuto il sito migliore per chi ha “fame” di notizie e vuole sapere qualsiasi cosa sul mondo del Fumetto.
